how to disable Forking Messages and Conversations?

Thank you again to the author for open-sourcing this great project; it has been very helpful to me!

Based on this link https://www.librechat.ai/docs/features/fork, I see that LibreChat has this feature enabled by default. In most scenarios, it is a very good feature.

However, in our internal use case, I would like to temporarily disable this feature globally for now, and later enable it through configuration options when there is a specific need.
